German student Hannah Beirer currently studies Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. Shortly after starting her programme, Hannah became interested in learning Dutch so decided to sign up for a course through EPICUR’s language mobility programme.
Hannah speaks about the advantages this has brought about not only in daily life, but also for her studies and future career prospects. Furthermore, by developing her Dutch to what is now a more than proficient level, it’s enabled Hannah to gain a greater understanding and insight into the inner worlds of the local culture and people.
