EPIDI: European Partnership for Innovation in Distant Internships
EPIDI was an Erasmus+ cooperation project between three EPICUR partner universities, focused on making remote internships a successful and enriching experience for all involved.

About the project
Born in the wake of the 2020 Covid-19 lockdowns, which forced many student interns into remote placements overnight.
EPIDI set out to frame the fast-growing format of distant internships with clear best practices, general and more specific recommendations, as well as developing e-learning modules on how to conduct a successful distance internship for all targets involved: students, employers, academic advisors and university administrative staff.
